25+ years in Learning and Development in a global corporation; with the focus on Leadership; Culture and Wellbeing. I have CIPD Chartership in People Management and Development, as well as a certified MBTI (Myers–Briggs) Practitioner/Profiler; certified Mindfulness & Meditation Coach. I learnt from the world-known experts in Mindfulness and Meditation: Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
I have a way of tapping into others hearts because I have learned how to tap into my own superpowers of mindfulness and how to transform my life.
I had a serious burn-out four years ago, which affected my mental and physical health – I suffered from insomnia, memory deterioration, decreased self-confidence and I was deeply unhappy. Luckily in Thailand I got introduced to the ancient art of Mindfulness and Mediation which changed my life.
I’ve leant that the mind has the superpower to create and shape our reality – what we can achieve in life, the quality of our relationships, our health and our happiness.
Since, I have been on a journey of understanding my superpowers to transform my life. It has been a journey in which I have had to learn the power of the emotional mastery, understand my limiting self-beliefs and mental blocks which were stopping me from achieving my dreams.
Now I made it my mission to help others to pave a way for a fulfilling life, career and relationships. Over the last three years I delivered Mindfulness and Meditation coaching sessions to more than 600 people and helped many to have a better, happier and more fulfilled life.
