SEVEN for SEVEN is a practical mentorship project by Azercell and Cult Baku, designed for women in creative fields and small, medium, or family businesses whose work is already making an impact.
The program brought together founders, directors, artists, curators, and entrepreneurs with local and international experts across seven core business disciplines: Legal & Finance Basics, Marketing, PR & Communications, Education & Learning, Sustainable Development in Corporate Culture, Health, Wellness & Psychology, and ESG & AI.
The number seven was chosen deliberately — across cultures and traditions, it symbolizes completeness and a full cycle of knowledge.
Mentors were carefully selected practitioners with diverse professional backgrounds, bringing real-world expertise directly relevant to each subject.
